Our Commercial Real Estate Loan Programs
SBA 7a and 504 Loans
Our rates for these programs are the most competitive around. We offer fixed terms out to 25 years as low as 4.5 percent.
We lend between $200,000 to $100,000,000 or more in major markets nationwide for stabilized investment and owner-occupied real estate. Enjoy rates as low as 3.75 percent with LTVs as high as 75 percent and terms out to ten years with 30-year amortizations.
Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities are backed by pools of commercial properties that are “securitized.” Borrowers benefit from low interest rates, non-recourse debt, fixed terms up to ten years with 30-year amortizations, and the ability to cash out. Financing ranges from $1,000,000 to $50,000,000.
Commercial Bridge Loans and Hard Money Loans
We provide bridge loans between $1,000,000 and $100,000,000. Equity and Mezzanine Financing

These products provide long-term, fully amortizing, fixed-rate, non-recourse loans. Low rates are typically available on amounts between $2,000,000 and $50,000,000.
We offer commercial real estate financing for construction, and can often structure construction to permanent financing, depending on the project. Loans are usually $10,000,000 to over $100,000,000.
